About Brooks
Brooks is a gentle little guinea pig looking for a patient and caring home where he can feel safe and comfortable. This shy boy can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but with time, kindness, and a calm environment, he will slowly come out of his shell and show his sweet personality.
Brooks would do best in a quiet home where his new family can give him the time he needs to settle in and build trust. Guinea pigs thrive on routine, so a consistent feeding and care schedule will help him feel secure.
Like all guinea pigs, Brooks will need a spacious enclosure, plenty of fresh hay, and daily servings of fresh vegetables to keep him happy and healthy. He will also enjoy gentle interaction once he becomes more confident with his new people.
With patience and love, Brooks has the potential to become a wonderful little companion. If you're willing to give this shy boy the understanding home he deserves, he will reward you with quiet companionship and lots of adorable guinea pig moments.
If you're interested in meeting Brooks, please call RSPCA Peninsula or come in and visit him today.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
