About Milo - 8 Year Old Dachshund
Meet Milo – your new cuddle buddy!
Milo is the sweetest little soul you’ll ever meet. If you’re looking for a loving, affectionate companion who just wants to be by your side, Milo is your boy.
He absolutely adores human affection. Whether it’s sitting on your lap, curling up next to you on the couch or sneaking in for cuddles at bedtime. Milo thrives on love and will happily soak up all the pats and belly rubs you can give.
Milo is incredibly patient and gentle with kids. He’s calm, tolerant and very good at putting up with little hands and lots of attention. He truly enjoys being part of a family environment.
He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys their company, whether it’s playtime or just cuddling together.
Milo loves getting out and about! Walks, exploring new places, and little adventures are some of his favourite things. Trips to the pet shop for a bath are one of his favourite outings — he gets stopped by everyone for pats because he’s just that friendly and charming!
Milo was rescued from a less-than-ideal home where, unfortunately, his dental health had been neglected. Since coming into care, he has had a full dental and is now well on his way to great health. Milo does best with soft food and will benefit from regular dental care to help keep his smile healthy in the future.
Milo would suit a loving family or someone looking for a loyal companion who wants to be involved in everything. He’s affectionate, social, gentle, and ready to fill someone’s home with love.

Milo is in foster care in Bolwarra, NSW. He is available for adoption interstate. His adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
