Elle

Elle is a very timid little kitten who's still learning that people can be kind. After growing up on the streets with her brother Emmett the busy world feels pretty overwhelming to her right now.

Elle is even a bit more shy than her brother and prefers to keep her distance while she figures things out. She isn't aggressive, just scared and unsure. With time, patience, and a gentle approach, kittens like Elle often make wonderful progress once they feel safe in a home environment.

Elle and Emmett don't have to be adopted together, but Elle may do especially well in a home with a calm, confident cat who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence.

Because she and her brother are still working on socialization, Elle's adoption fee has been waived to help her find a patient, understanding home where she can grow at her own pace.

If you have a quiet home and a big heart for shy kitties, Elle could be a very special companion to watch blossom. These cats are the most rewarding of all, watching them learn to trust is the most rewarding part of all.
