About Stan
Meet Stan, the young pup bursting with energy and ready to shower a new household with fun and affection.
At just 12 months old, this German Short haired pointer x staghound has a playful nature and is perfect for a home filled with love and activity.
He is confident in making friends with everyone—cats, dogs, and humans alike. Though he's not always aware of personal space, his intentions are always friendly, and with a little guidance, Stan is an amazing companion.
Stan is a puppy who is yet to grasp full control of his energetic body, so whilst older kids and adults will enjoy his playfulness, he may be too exuberant for younger kids.
He adores other dogs and loves energetic play with them. His potential family will adopt a dog already great on a lead, travels well, and is happily crate trained.
Meanwhile, his days are brimming with activity, and his intelligence shines through his readiness to learn. While he does very little barking, Stan thrives in environments where he can express his vivacious energy. And with continued guidance, Stan will master house training, though he's still navigating the puppy chewing phase, so a watchful eye indoors will be beneficial.
Stan is intelligent, and puppy school would be an exciting opportunity for him to hone his skills, aided by his food-motivated approach to learning. Whether it’s day at the park or a cozy night indoors, Stan is a perfect candidate for a family who can keep up with his dynamic spirit and enjoy his affectionate company.
Stan is sure to be the source of joy and endless fun as he grows into a loyal family member.
