Meet Monte Carlo, a beautiful champagne tabby medium-haired little man with a soft heart and a shy nature 🤎

When Monte Carlo first arrived, he was very timid and unsure of the world, but with patience and plenty of TLC he has already begun to show just how lovely he can be. As he grows more comfortable, his sweet personality is starting to shine through, and we believe he has all the potential to become a smoochy, affectionate house cat in the right home.

Confidence doesn't come naturally to Monte Carlo just yet, so his new family will need to help him settle in slowly and gently. Starting him off with a safe, quiet space where he can decompress and adjust to his surroundings will make a big difference while he builds trust.

Monte Carlo will need to be indoor-only, where he can feel secure while he continues to gain confidence. He would be best suited to a calm home without very young children, and as we don't yet know how he feels about other pets, any introductions would need to be slow and thoughtful.

Monte Carlo is one of those special cats where the reward comes with time - watching a shy boy slowly learn that he's safe, loved, and home.
