Hi... I'm Penne.

I might not be the first one to run up and say hello. In fact, I'll probably be the one quietly watching from a cozy hiding spot while I figure everything out. The world feels a little big to me sometimes, and new places can be overwhelming. I just need time... and a lot of patience.

I'm a gentle, sensitive girl with a very soft heart. When I move to a new home, I'll need space to decompress and adjust at my own pace. I may hide at first, and that's okay. I promise I'm not being unfriendly - I'm just learning to feel safe.

What I'm really looking for is my special person. Someone calm, understanding, and kind. Someone who doesn't mind going slow with me. Once I learn that I can trust you, the quiet little moments we share will mean everything to me. I bond deeply - I just need time to get there.

I'm currently a foster-to-adopt kitty and will need to come back on 12 March for my desexing appointment, but after that, I'll be ready to truly settle into forever.
