About Abbie 🌈
Abbie and Carlie spent the first few weeks of their lives on the streets with their mum and siblings, taken care of by some wonderful community members. Mum did a fabulous job with her babies, they came to us very healthy, but terrified, as they were taken away from everything they had known.
It didn’t take long for them to start to relax, feeling safe and loved in their new foster home. They have both become very outgoing, confident and loving kittens, enjoying all the new experiences they have encountered. There are regular visits of kookaburras, magpies and parrots on the fence, and they have spent lots of time sitting at the window watching, and dreaming, of…… wouldn’t you just love to be able to know what is going on in those small minds?
Abbie is a little more independent, while Carlie is a bit reserved, constantly coming in for some cuddles, pats and reassurance.
Favourite pastimes would be eating, sleeping and playing with anything that moves! And birds!
Carlie is very elegant, with long slender legs, cute white socks and a very pretty tabby coat.
Abbie is a calico, mainly white, with a coloured tail and a few spots of colour dotted over her body. Her fur is super soft.
These girls deserve to spend the rest of their lives being part of a loving family, who will adore and nurture them, give them the time to acclimate to another new environment, and spoil them rotten, and they will reward you with a lifetime of love, loyalty and cuddles.
While it would be lovely to see the girls find a new home together, it is not essential, however, it would be nice for them both to have another feline friend in their new home/s. They are used to being part of a group. They will need to be indoor only kitties, for their safety and health, and for the wildlife too.
