About Maverick
Introducing the stunning daredevil Maverick, this 11mth old fawn kelpie boy is going to blow your socks off!
Maverick has the most lovely nature. He loooves a car trip, will jump straight in and sit quietly.
A high energy chap, he is always ready for a high octane adventure! After a good bit of exercise though, Mav switches off and will hang out on the couch watching tv with his humans (ideally with a belly rub or two).
Maverick is crate trained and will happily sleep there all night. He is also toilet trained and well behaved in the house. Mav is starting to walk nicely on lead and his recall is improving. He will thrive in a home that will continue his training.
Maverick adores children (and their toys), but would better suit a home with older kids, he is still a pup at heart and can get a bit over excited at times.
Maverick loves wrestling with his doggy pals, and would like to find a home with another dog if possible. He has strong herding instincts but has been good with the resident cat.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
