This gorgeous drop of derp is Ayari, a bootilicious lapdog wannabe full of kisses and goof. She may be a senior who is content to snooze the day away but she has a spritely pep in her step and gives amazing cuddles.

Walks and food are her two most favourite things. She plods along quite nicely on lead with just the occasional excited pull toward a fascinating smell, or if she sees another dog. She has been friendly with all dogs she has met but can be a bit enthusiastic with no concept of personal space and enjoys getting her head right up in there.

Ayari has been in care with 2 senior cats and has been great, essentially ignoring them and a little bit scared of those furry beasties in the beginning. After 2 weeks she finally got a nose to nose sniff and was content to leave the cat be.

She loves meeting new people and is gentle with children but just due to her size and bulldozing love language, any children need to be big dog savvy and older than 5 years.

Whilst she has arthritis she is still capable of jumping in and out the car and travels beautifully, she may need a hand (or 4) when tired though so please keep this in mind. Her home would also need to be without a lot of stairs to keep her joints happy. She also has a "If I fits I sits" mentality and is often found curled up in a small dog bed rather than the large one available right next to it. Ayari is cool as a cucumber to be left for a few hours if needed, so long as all food items are out of reach!

All in all, Ayari is an absolutely beautiful soul who will bring joy to her new family and laughter into your home. With her very boopable nose she will headbutt her way into your heart in a way you didn't think was possible.
