About Gordon
Gordon is a purebred Cocker spaniel. He has just turned 3 yrs old.
This boy had been in his first home till only recently, due to no fault of his.
Unfortunately Gordon wasn’t the right fit for the family he was with.
He became anxious and developed separation anxiety. With some habits that we haven’t seen with him in foster care.
This boy is very loving and loyal to his person or people. He is great with other dogs and is quite submissive with meeting new ones.
Gordon needs a home where he isn’t on his own for long periods and someone that understands their will me some transitional bumps with his anxiety but we have found as he has been in care it is getting better but a work in progress. Another furkid would be very beneficial for him, as we have seen how well is has socialised been in care with three other dogs.
Please don’t apply if there isn’t someone home more than not and you have the time for training and walking and stimulation for his busy brain.

Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
