About Opal
Opal is an absolutely loving and devoted mumma who has poured her whole heart into raising her babies — and now it’s finally her turn to be spoiled. 💕
This beautiful girl is ready to step into her forever home and truly shine as her own sweet self. Opal will quickly become your best friend; she’s the kind of cat who wants to be by your side, curled up close, soaking up all the cuddles she can get. Super affectionate and endlessly gentle, she has so much love to give.
Opal would thrive as the only cat in the home, where she can soak up all the attention, but she’d also do well with a calm feline friend to share sunny naps and quiet companionship. More than anything, she’s ready to enjoy life again — not as a mumma, but simply as a cherished, adored cat.
If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly companion who will fill your home with warmth and love, Opal is your girl. 💗

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
Thank you for helping us give these kittens the loving, social homes they deserve!
