Butterscotch is a gorgeous 5-month-old Bull Arab puppy with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! This sweet boy is full of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for everything around him.

Butterscotch can become very excited and highly aroused when meeting new people and dogs. Because of this, he's looking for a patient, supportive family who understands that he's still learning about the world. He'll thrive in a home that will include him in their adventures and also spend quality downtime with him to help him feel secure and connected.

Butterscotch is still learning his basic manners - he can be jumpy and mouthy during close handling and when greeting new people. With consistency, guidance, and reward-based training, he has all the potential to grow into a well-mannered companion.

Due to his age and developing impulse control, Butterscotch would be best suited to a home with older, calmer children who can understand and respond appropriately to his body language. All children in the home must meet him at the time of adoption to ensure a good match.

Butterscotch may do well with a calm, tolerant, and socially savvy dog friend. He can become frustrated and over-aroused when seeing other dogs, sometimes barking and being a bit over-the-top in his greetings. However, a quick, positive meet with a known, social dog can help reduce his frustration. Any resident dogs must meet Butterscotch at the time of adoption.
