Nature
We are Dougie and Foxy, the best of friends! We are looking for a home where we can stay together and learn to love. It may take us a little time to warm up to humans, but we will come for a pat (or two) and rub on your feet during meal prep/serving dinner. We do love to climb in our cat tree and sometimes get zoomies in the morning.
Dougie loves his food, so that will be a helpful tool as he learns to trust! Foxy is more outgoing, and is a part-time musician that will entertain you with songs when she wants something.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
We would not do well with young children, as we are a bit skittish. We would be ok living with other cats and dogs, as long as there is a slow introduction.
Likes / Dislikes
✅ We absolutely love our food, and roast chicken is our favourite!
✅ Climbing in the cat tower and observing from above
✅ Gentle play
❌ Loud noises or sudden movements
❌ We are working on getting used to brushing because we develop matting easily
Our PURR-fect home would be one where we have patient love as we learn to trust. Someone that will give us gentle play, but also respect our boundaries. Give us time, and we will bring joy and songs to your home once we warm up to you!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
