Meet Taco 🐾

Taco is a five-year-old German Shepherd x Heeler with the most beautiful nature and a heart full of love. He is incredibly affectionate, loyal, and truly thrives on being part of the family.

He is fantastic with kids, including little ones. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he sometimes doesn’t quite realise how big he is and has accidentally knocked little legs over in his excitement — but it always comes from a place of pure joy and love.

Taco absolutely lives for an active lifestyle. He would be happiest with a family or person who enjoys getting out and about — long walks, adventures, trips to the park, and especially games of fetch (his absolute favourite!). He could happily chase a ball for hours.

He also loves water. If there’s a dam, river, beach, hose, or even a kiddie pool nearby, Taco will be in his element. Splashing, swimming, and cooling off are some of his greatest joys.

He’s a smart boy and can be a bit of a Houdini if he becomes bored, so he would suit a home where someone is around more often than not. He thrives on companionship, engagement, and mental stimulation. Someone who can dedicate time to keeping both his clever mind and busy body active will see him absolutely flourish.

Taco is truly a special dog who just needs the right environment to shine — an active, committed home where he can be part of the action and loved as much as he loves.
