About Karev
Karev is another big, beautiful Shar Pei x Mastiff boy with a heart just as large as his chunky teddy bear body. With his soft wrinkles and gentle eyes, he has that irresistible squishy look — and the calm nature to match.
Much like his brother, Karev isn’t the bold, life-of-the-party type. He’s a quiet, observant soul who prefers to take in the world at his own pace. He’s not pushy or demanding — just a relaxed, easygoing boy who enjoys the simple things in life.
Karev is happiest stretched out on a comfy bed, enjoying a peaceful nap, or soaking up slow, gentle belly rubs from his favourite humans. He’s beautifully low maintenance and doesn’t need constant entertainment — just love, security, and a soft place to land.
He’s great with cats, comfortable around other dogs, and gentle with kids, making him a wonderful fit for a calm family home wanting a laid-back companion.
If you’re looking for a big, squishy shadow who will quietly adore you and bring a peaceful presence into your home, Karev is ready to fill that spot. 🐾

Contact our friendly team for more information on the pets you would like to find out more about or to arrange a meet & greet with the animal and the foster carer.
Meet the animal and chat to the foster carer to make sure this animal is the right one for you, your home, family and circumstances.
We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
