Peanut Butter and Jelly are a sweet bonded pair who can be a little shy when first settling in. They're gentle souls who just need time, patience, and kindness to feel safe. Once they know their people, their curious personalities will begin to shine.
They would thrive in a calm home with teens or adults who can give them the space and reassurance they need to build confidence at their own pace. With a steady routine and plenty of TLC, you'll see them grow braver each day.
A spacious indoor setup is essential to keep them happy and healthy, with lots of room to stretch out, hop around, and explore safely away from the weather. They absolutely love enrichment to keep their clever minds busy - tunnels to zoom through, cardboard boxes to nibble and hide in, forage trays, treat puzzles, and cosy hideaways all help them feel secure and engaged.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
