13315 - Nero

~*ATTENDING PETSTOCK BALDIVIS ADOPTION EVENT ON SATURDAY*~

🌛🖤 MEET NERO 🖤🌜

Nature
Nero is an energetic, independent, playful kitten. He loves to run around and play with all the toys. Nero’s perfect home would be a home with plenty of energy to keep him entertained. He is confident around everything.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Nero has grown up around resident dogs and cats. He would love a home where he has a friend to play with. Nero would be perfect with children.

Likes / Dislikes
Nero is a confident kitten, although he is not a fan of the vacuum. He loves to play then chill out on the cat tree.

My PURR-fect home would be where I get plenty of playtime, attention and hopefully a friend to play with!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Nero, please come and meet him at PETStock Baldivis this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.

**Please note we will not be accepting any online pre-applications**

Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair

DOB: 09/08/2025
Adoption Fee: $200 reduced fee due to medical notes

Medical Notes: Nero was exposed to the Feline Coronavirus which is a common virus that cats are exposed to. Cats that contract Feline Coronavirus are generally asymptomatic or have mild diarrhoea. There is a small chance that Feline Coronavirus can mutate into Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). Until recently, FIP was considered to be a fatal disease however recent advances in veterinary pharmaceuticals means that there are some experimental treatment options available that have had success in treating FIP. Risk of Feline Coronavirus mutating to FIP can be reduced by making sure your cat has regular health checks and vaccinations, high quality nutrition, keeping cat numbers in the house low, and attempting to keep the environment as stress free as possible.
