Hi there! It’s me… BEAKER!

Now, while I may not actually speak, I do share one important thing with my Muppet namesake: I firmly believe that life should be all about mee mee mee mee mee!

Let me tell you a little about myself.

I’m a sweet, silly, and rather handsome blue boy with a wonderful zest for life. I approach the world with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a big waggy “what’s next?” attitude, which makes me a very fun companion to have around. With me in the house, life is never dull — I bring the good vibes, the giggles, and just a little bit of joyful chaos wherever I go.

One of my absolute favourite things in the world is toys. Truly. I LOVE them. The moment a toy appears, my playful side springs into action. I’m quite the expert at tossing them in the air, pouncing dramatically, or proudly parading them around like prized treasures. Playtime with me is guaranteed entertainment — I like to think of myself as a one-dog comedy show.

Despite my playful energy, I’m also a gentle and kind-natured boy with a very big heart. I might have a touch of the silver fox about me, but don’t let that fool you — at just four years old I’m still very much a spring chicken! I may look a little distinguished, but I’ve got plenty of pep in my step and lots of fun left to share with my people.

I’d be happy to share my home with another dog, though I do appreciate a calm and respectful canine companion. Super jumpy or in-your-face dogs can make me a little nervous, so a relaxed buddy would suit me best.

I could also happily live with small humans over the age of five, as long as they’re kind and understand that sometimes a greyhound needs a little quiet time and personal space while settling into a new home.

So, if you’re looking for a companion who will bring fun, affection, laughter, and the occasional toy-related shenanigan into your life, I might just be your perfect match.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
