Pretzel is bold, fearless, and incredibly friendly. 🦁 He doesn't believe in "stranger danger"—everyone he meets is just a new friend who hasn't given him a head pat yet! He is a champion biscuit-maker who will happily knead away on your lap or a soft blanket, and he isn't shy about letting you know if his breakfast is even a minute late. 🥣📢

His "Best Friends": Pretzel has a hilarious habit of picking out plush toys his own size and dragging them around the house with him! 🧸💪
The Toy Box: He is a lover of all toys—feather wands, spirals made from toilet paper rolls, you name it. If it moves, he’s chasing it! ⚽🪶
The High Life: You’ll usually find him at the very top of the cat tree or sprawled across your bed once he finally runs out of puff. 🏰💤

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
