Maple is a wonderfully independent explorer who is incredibly brave! She loves to check out every nook and cranny of her environment. Once she has finished her daily explorations, you can usually find her relaxing on a comfy chair or right on your lap. 🪑🛋️
While she is super affectionate, she likes to do things on her own terms. She loves pats, but she can get overstimulated quickly, and she isn't a fan of being picked up. But win her trust with some patience (and a delicious Churu treat!), and she will absolutely shower you with love. 🧴❤️
When it's playtime, watch out! Her absolute absolute favourite toys are feather wands, and she will happily show off her hunting skills. 🪶🎯 The only thing she really doesn't care for is the scary vacuum cleaner! 🤫🧹

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
