To ensure the best match for both you and Frankie, we follow a simple but thoughtful process:
1. Submit an Enquiry
Complete our Adoption Enquiry Form with details about your home and lifestyle.
2. Initial Chat
We’ll review your enquiry and get in touch for a quick phone call or chat to answer questions and get to know you better.
3. Meet & Greet
If it seems like a good fit, we’ll arrange a meet & greet with Frankie. This gives everyone a chance to see how things feel in person.
4. Finalising the Adoption
If Frankie steals your heart, we’ll complete the adoption paperwork and process the adoption fee. You’ll receive vet records and ongoing support if needed.
