Nature
Moon is a very confident, playful kitten. He loves to play but then once tired will snuggle up for cuddles. Once he is tired from playing, Moon loves to sleep either on the bed or cat tree, he loves to snuggle with his sister Eclipse.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Moon has grown up around resident dogs and cats. He would love a home where he has a friend to play with.

Likes / Dislikes
Moon loves to play, he loves to eat and is always the first in line for food. He is not a fan of the vacuum but then again who is?!

My PURR-fect home would be where I get plenty of playtime, attention and hopefully a friend to play with!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Moon please come and meet him at PETStock Port Kennedy this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.

*Moon’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Moon had cat flu, a respiratory infection. He were treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.

Moon was exposed to the Feline Coronavirus which is a common virus that cats are exposed to. Cats that contract Feline Coronavirus are generally asymptomatic or have mild diarrhoea. There is a small chance that Feline Coronavirus can mutate into Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). Until recently, FIP was considered to be a fatal disease however recent advances in veterinary pharmaceuticals means that there are some experimental treatment options available that have had success in treating FIP. Risk of Feline Coronavirus mutating to FIP can be reduced by making sure your cat has regular health checks and vaccinations, high quality nutrition, keeping cat numbers in the house low, and attempting to keep the environment as stress free as possible.
