About Pedro
Meet Pedro 🐰
Pedro is a gentle little rabbit with a sensitive soul. He can be a bit shy when you first meet him, but don't let that fool you - given time, patience, and a calm environment, he truly blossoms. Once he feels safe and settled, Pedro shows his sweet nature and quiet charm.
Pedro is looking for a peaceful, routine-based home where he can feel secure and build confidence at his own pace. A calm household without too much hustle and bustle would suit him best. He would love to live predominantly indoors as part of the family, with access to safe, supervised, and securely contained outdoor time to explore and enjoy some fresh air.
Keeping his clever mind busy is important to him! Pedro would really appreciate plenty of enrichment toys - think tunnels, chew toys, forage mats, and puzzle feeders - to keep him active and engaged throughout the day.
Handling isn't Pedro's favorite thing right now, so his future adopters will need to be understanding and willing to work with him and gently to build his confidence over time. With positive reinforcement and patience, he has every potential to grow more comfortable and trusting.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
