While Molly is undeniably gorgeous, Border Collies are high-drive, intelligent dogs who thrive with active, engaged owners. They are not a low-maintenance breed, and itâs important her forever home is ready for the commitment that comes with her energy and brain.
If you love classic Border Collie energy, brains, and devotion, Molly is your girl!
Molly is a typical Border Collie in all the best ways. She absolutely adores her people⊠maybe even a little too much! She thrives on attention, connection, and being right by your side. If youâre looking for a shadow with four legs, youâve just found her.
Molly knows her basic commands including sit, stay and paw, and she is very food motivated, which makes ongoing training a breeze. She likes fetch, throw the ball or play with a toy and youâll have her heart forever. She loves other dogs and is super affectionate and cuddly with her humans.
When it comes to other dogs, Molly can come in a little âhotâ with her enthusiasm, so slow and appropriate introductions are important to set her up for success. Once sheâs made friends, sheâs all in and loves having doggy companions.
Pop the leash on and Molly knows itâs walk time! She gets very excited and can go a bit wild in the moment, often pulling on the lead simply because sheâs so enthusiastic about heading out on an adventure. With consistency and continued training, she will absolutely improve, she just gets so excited about life.
Molly is currently untested with children. Because she loves people so much and does jump up for cuddles, a home with older, dog-savvy kids would be best.
She would thrive in a home with compatible dog friends. Molly needs an active home that understands the Border Collie brain, one that will continue her training, provide daily mental stimulation, enjoy plenty of fetch sessions, and truly include her as part of the family.
Sheâs smart, loyal, affectionate, and ready to give her whole heart to her forever home. If youâre ready for a loving, ball-chasing best friend, Molly is waiting đ
