About Nalani
Nalani is a bright, affectionate girl who truly thrives on human connection. She’s very smart and easily trainable, already fully house-trained, and eager to learn her basics. While she’ll happily chase a ball or tug a rope, what she loves most is being by your side — she’s a real “Velcro dog” who bonds deeply with her people. Nalani isn’t interested in splash pools or the garden hose, but take her to the beach and she’s in her element. She enjoys frozen treats and fruit, travels well in the car when safely secured (with plenty of happy excitement), and settles after a short cry when left alone. Nalani does best with an active home, as she needs two daily walks or one long adventure to keep her happy and balanced. She can get a little over-excited and nippy when enthusiastic, and she’ll let you know about neighbourhood noises (whipper snippers are definitely suspicious!) — she even sings along to passing sirens. She has chased cats that enter the property, so a cat-free home would be ideal. With continued guidance, exercise, and plenty of love, Nalani will make a loyal, fun, and devoted companion.
