Rufus came to us after finding himself in the local pound.
He is a sweet little dog who just wants to be loved. He is good in the car, good with other dogs and has so far been ok with the resident cats.
Rufus hasn’t had any training prior to coming into care. We’ve been working on having nice manners though training is something his new family will need to continue to work on. He gets very excited for food, which does help with this.
Rufus does still pull on the lead when out for walks and at times is also quite vocal.
Rufus loves playing with his foster friends, going for a walk, snoozing at your feet and also….. digging holes!
He enjoys the company of another doggy friend so would benefit from a home with another pooch.
Rufus is a sweet little dog that loves attention and will benefit from ongoing training so he can grow into a well mannered pooch.

Rufus has a long coat that will require regular grooming to keep him comfortable.
