Geoffrey

Geoffrey is a very scared little gentleman who prefers to spend his days tucked safely inside his cozy igloo, quietly watching the world go by. From his snug hideaway, he observes everything with wide, thoughtful eyes, taking it all in at his own pace.

He isn't bold or demanding. He won't rush to greet you at the door or leap into your lap on day one. Instead, Geoffrey asks for something far more meaningful: patience. Given time and kindness, he will allow a gentle chin scratch - and those small moments of trust feel like winning the lottery. Every tiny step forward with him is something to truly celebrate.

Importantly, Geoffrey has never shown any aggression. He doesn't swat, growl, or lash out. When he feels overwhelmed, he simply shuts down and retreats to his safe space. He is a sensitive boy, not a difficult one.

Cats like Geoffrey are so often overlooked in shelters and rescues because they don't "sell themselves." They aren't flashy or instantly confident. But shy cats can form some of the deepest, most rewarding bonds. When a frightened cat chooses to trust you, it is intentional and profound.
