This amazing little boy, named Benson, is on the search for his special person and forever home.

Benson comes from stunning working lines — his dad is a Red Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog and his mum is a Black Barbed Kelpie — both absolutely beautiful dogs with brains, loyalty, and heart. And Benson is proudly following in their paw prints. 🐶✨

Benson is more on the reserved side than his siblings. He loves playing and tumbling around and playing chase with the brother and sister and other pups in care.

While being in care, he has been socialised with bigger dogs and is fine around them.

Benson is gentle, thoughtful, quiet and can be affectionate.

He may take a moment to find his confidence, but once he does, you’ll have the most devoted little shadow by your side. He’s clever, observant, and would thrive in a home ready to guide him with love, patience and fun adventures.

Benson has been learning his basic commands and becoming better at them each and every day 🐾 He’s eager to learn and keen to please.

This sweet boy is going to make someone incredibly proud. Given his age, he would be very trainable to work with cattle or sheep, and he will do his very best to please his owner. 🐄🐑💙

He comes microchipped, vaccinated, and will be desexed at the right age, so he’ll be all set for his new beginning.

Benson's adoption fee is $600

Which covers his veterinary expenses.
