About Ted
Meet tiny Ted, a 1-year-old kelpie with a devoted and loving nature, who will give you his whole heart.
Weighing in at just 13 kilos, Ted is basically pocket sized! He’s an affectionate boy who is always up for pats and cuddles.
This fun-loving boy is happiest when he’s a part of the action – whether you’re adventuring, pottering, working from home or chilling, Ted will be right by your side.
He’s a little shy meeting new people, but comes around quickly once he is ready.
Ted has excellent doggy manners – he’s very playful and loves a game of chase or tug with other dogs. But he respects the older dogs’ space if they’re not keen to play. In foster care, he’s been the more-than-willing babysitter of 4 puppies – taking them on zooms around the yard and rolling over to play bitey face right down at their level!
This intelligent boy is a quick learner, and has great manners. He walks beautifully on lead, is good in the car, and sleeps quietly all night in his crate. And he has a good off-switch when it's time to chill.
Ted is looking for active humans who will allow him inside as part of the family, and include him in their daily lives. He’d love a home with another playful dog with similar energy level to zoom around with. He is a country bumpkin at heart, and looking for a home in a quiet environment – busy suburbia and city life would be a bit much for him.
If you think you’re a good match for Ted, send us details of the life you can provide him.
Ted is located in TAS.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
