About Mo
Mo is an 1-year-old Kelpie x Border Collie boy who is an affectionate sweetheart.
Mo has had a tough start to life, without much socialisation, and is initially shy with both humans and dogs. Once you gain his trust and he’s sure of his environment, Mo reveals his true nature as a loving, goofy boy who is eager to please and just wants to be your best pal.
In care, Mo has proven to be sociable and friendly with his foster dog pack, after slow and steady introductions. He has been introduced to the resident cat, and whilst keen to play will also disengage when called.
He sleeps beautifully through the night, and has a basic level of training. Mo is a smart boy and will need consistent boundaries and training as well as continued socialisation.
Mo enjoys the company of calm dogs and whilst he would benefit from having a doggy sibling, he would be equally happy being the centre of attention as an only child!
Mo loves his humans and is very affectionate. He will want to be at the heart of the family unit. He is energetic and fun and wants to be included in all your adventures.
Despite his energy, Mo has a great off switch and will usually be found curled up asleep near his family.
Mo needs a patient and calm family that will take the time to build his confidence and trust. You will be rewarded with a loving and faithful best mate.
Mo is located in VIC.
