This confident little explorer has a heart full of sweetness and a unique set of adorable habits that make her an absolute treasure.

Zahra begins her morning under the covers, snuggled right up against your body with her head resting at your neck. This quiet time is an essential part of her morning routine.

After breakfast it's time to play. Zahra's favourite toys include rattle mice toys, crinkle balls and cardboard boxes with peep holes cut out - but her absolute favourite things to play with are the plastic Easter egg halves which she carries around in her mouth. Tissues, empty toilet rolls and yoghurt pouch tops are also a fan favourite. This girl knows how to make treasure out of trash.

It's not a full day without some bird watching from her scratchy posts and window shelves. Zahra has super sharp focus when it comes to keeping track of birdies and their coming and goings. As a special treat her carers take her into the yard with a harness for safety. Zahra is in heaven amongst the leaves, grass and all the different textures of nature to explore. Windy days are extra special as she loves to chase the dancing leaves.

One of Zahra's most quirky traits is her fondness for feet. With this girl in your life there is no need to pay for a pedicure ever again - she’s got you covered! Foot rubs with her face and body and gentle toe nibbles and licks are provided in exchange for your love and affection. For the full spa experience she will lick the water off your toes while you relax in the tub.

When in an affectionate mood, Zahra loves to ride up on her carers shoulders. When she gets cosy up there you can expect her to wrap her body around your neck and relax. Her carers joke that she is a cat shaped "weighted blanket", offering a therapeutic experience.

Meal time is greeted with enthusiasm and toilet habits are perfect!

Zahra would be a good candidate for a household with cat friendly dogs, as she has shown curious and confident interest in a dog that visits her foster home. Due to her young age, she is looking for a home with an existing friendly cat as a playmate, or to be adopted with her bestie Lyrah (listed seprately). She has been fostered with children up and would be best suited to homes with respectful children 6 years of age and older who understand she is not a plaything, even she is so soft and cuddly. Zahra is looking for a home that can appreciate her love of cuddles, respect when she needs space and offer her safe opportunities to explore outside.
