About Prairie
I am a sweet, timid little lady looking for love! I just need some time to warm up to you first before we can be friends. I would like a quiet home with someone who will give me some time to settle in and feel comfortable. I like gentle pats and will come to you when I want more.
I don't like to share with other cats, I prefer to be your one and only. No young kids please they are too overwhelming.

Adoption details
We run by appointment, preferably all members of the household to come meet the animal you are wanting to adopt.
If you own another dog, you must bring them along to make sure all dogs get along.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.
