About Luna
Meet Luna! Luna is a cheeky, affectionate girl who loves the best of both worlds, playtime and cuddles. She adores soft toys and will happily entertain herself, but the moment her humans sit down, she’s straight onto a lap for snuggles. Luna is especially people-oriented and loves being carried, immediately relaxing in your arms like a little baby. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and enjoys being close to her humans. Luna and her sister Minnie came into care as stray kittens and have been fostered in a home with other cats. They would love to be adopted together, but Luna would also suit a home with another friendly feline companion. If you’re looking for a playful, loving cat who will keep you company and happily curl up for cuddles, Luna could be the perfect addition to your home. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
