Boof a 2.5 yo German shorthair pointer is a desexed male with a huge heart!
Surrendered to the pound as "was too playful With their other dog."
However Boof isn't anymore playful or energetic then we would expect from
This breed .
He is strong on lead and will follow a scent - but he is very good at re direction while walking , he will happily walk past other people and dogs.
Boof would need daily stimulation walking / scent games etc.
Boof is navigating toileting outside and will soon master it.
No experiance with cats .
Kids yes but he is a little bouncy so older kids preferred .
Travels well in the car.
Boof needs to go to someone with breed experience who knows about the breed but also is understanding how loving and affectionate they are and can meet his needs.
