About Cocoa
Cocoa is a petite and gentle little lady with the softest soul. She has a quiet, sensitive nature and truly thrives in a calm and safe environment.
While our photos do their best, they simply cannot capture just how beautiful Cocoa’s coat really is. Her rich chocolate coloring is absolutely stunning in person and gives her such a unique and elegant look.
Cocoa may be a little shy when she first meets new people, but underneath that cautious exterior is an incredibly loving and loyal girl. Once she feels safe and secure, her affectionate side truly shines. She enjoys gentle company, quiet moments, and will happily curl up beside you for peaceful evening snuggles.
She would make the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a sweet and devoted cat and who can offer her a calm, patient home where she can continue to blossom. In the right environment, Cocoa will reward her person with deep loyalty, quiet affection, and the most heartwarming companionship.

Medical notes
Cocoa has mild juvenile gingivitis. At this stage, a dental procedure under general anesthesia is not indicated as the disease process is generally reversible with dental home care (for example teeth brushing and dental food such as Royal Canin dental dry kibble).
Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
