Meet Rugby, our vibrant 2 year old ginger tabby who is ready to tackle his next big adventure! Found as a stray in Werribee, Rugby has spent some time with us at the shelter and is now officially on the lookout for a home to call his own. With his strikingly bright orange coat and curious eyes, he is a hard boy to miss.

Rugby is a classic ginger boy through and through. While he can be a little timid when he first meets new people or enters a new environment, don't let his initial shyness fool you. Once he realizes you're a friend, he warms up remarkably quickly. It doesn't take much; a few gentle words or a well placed head scratch. His sweet and affectionate personality takes over and he becomes your most loyal companion.

At two years old, Rugby is at that perfect "young adult" age where he still has plenty of playfulness but also appreciates the finer things in life, like a long nap in a sunny patch of carpet. He is looking for a household that can offer him a bit of patience while he settles in, but the reward for that patience will be a lifetime of "ginger" charm and unconditional love.
