About Kevin
Kevin is a gorgeous 1-year-old Dachshund with a heart full of love and a personality that will completely steal yours.
This handsome little guy lives for connection, comfort, and being close to his people. 💛
Kevin is incredibly affectionate and adores snuggles. He has those irresistible puppy-dog eyes that seem to look right into your soul and once he bonds with you, he’ll be your most loyal little shadow. He loves car rides, happily riding along for any adventure, and walkies are easily his favourite time of day especially his beach walks. The moment he sees the leash, his excitement is contagious! 👨👩👧👦
Wonderful with women and children Good with other dogs and cats Hesitant with men due to his unknown past, but he warms up with patience, kindness, and a gentle approach Kevin just needs someone willing to go at his pace and show him he’s safe.
Once he trusts you, he’s incredibly loving and devoted. 🏡
Kevin would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time. He forms strong bonds and can become anxious when left alone for long periods. If left unattended, he may chew shoes or other tempting items, so he’ll do best with someone who works from home or has a lifestyle where he can be included. He would make a perfect companion for someone wanting a constant, loving presence by their side. ✨
Kevin isn’t just a dog he’s a devoted companion, a cuddle partner, and your biggest fan. He’s gentle, loving, and ready to give his whole heart to the right person or family. If you’re looking for a loyal little best friend who will greet you with excitement, melt into your arms for cuddles, and share every moment by your side, Kevin is waiting to meet you. 💛🐶
*PLEASE READ* Kevin has a minor cleft palate, we have been advised this doesn’t require surgery. He is thriving on a dry food diet & has no infections since being on this diet. It is imperative he does not eat wet food or food with gravy as this will call issues. He can have kibble and prime100 which he loves! He cannot be fed raw under any circumstances. He requires a final blood test in 3 months that will be covered by happy tails animal rescue.
