Hi! My name is Lucy, and I’m a 12-month-old terrier cross dachshund looking for my forever person.

I’m a gentle, affectionate young girl with a big heart. I’m ok with cats and small children, and I’m polite with other dogs — but if I’m being honest, I’d really love to be your one and only.

I thrive when I have my human’s full attention and will form a strong bond with you. I’ll follow you anywhere.

I’m still learning about the world and building my confidence, especially around loud noises and busy places. With patience and reassurance, I’m growing braver every day.

I’m fully toilet trained. I can walk on a lead and I’m learning to take trips in the car.

I like being pampered, having a nice bath and my coat brushed.

My favourite place in the world is right next to you on the couch. I like spending time with my human but I can be left when you go to work. I’d prefer if you had a nice back yard to hang out in.

I’m still growing. I have a healthy appetite, and I like all food and treats I get offered.

I’m still developing my skills and confidence and would love someone who can guide me gently as I grow up.
