Somersby is a beautiful, sweet-natured mumma who has done an amazing job raising her babies and is now ready to be someone’s much-loved companion. She is a gentle girl who may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and soon shows her affectionate and playful side. Once she feels comfortable, Somersby loves spending time with her humans, especially when toys are involved or when she’s invited to enjoy a fun game of chase.

She walks nicely on lead and is very food motivated, which makes ongoing training and confidence building a positive experience for her. Somersby is open to living with dog-savvy cats with proper, gradual introductions, and she may also enjoy sharing her home with another calm dog who matches her relaxed energy. As she continues to build her confidence, she will thrive with reassurance and routine. Somersby does experience separation anxiety when left alone, so she would be best suited to a home where someone works part time or is home often, with secure fencing to help her feel safe. With the right support and companionship, Somersby will make a loving and joyful addition to her forever family.
