Adam would like a home where:

1/ he can swing on the drapes and lick the butter

2/ he can sit at the table (or on the table preferably) when you eat and be fed tidbits with your spoon

3/ there is a video tape of fish swimming in an aquarium to entertain him when you're not home

4/ where a fancy sunday breakfast will be served consisting of an omelette made from eggs, milk, and salmon, halibut, or trout
