I'm a 5-month-old ginger boy, lightly toasted to perfection. I might look confident (I am very handsome), but I'll let you in on a little secret... I can be a tiny bit shy at first. New places and new faces sometimes make me pause and observe from a safe, cozy spot.

But give me a little time - just a few gentle words and maybe a slow chin scratch - and I melt faster than butter on a hot stack.

I love to play (feather toys beware), but my absolute favorite thing is curling up next to you and pressing my little ginger head into your hand. I'll start purring, and I won't stop. I'm crispy on the outside when I'm feeling brave, but inside? Pure syrupy sweetness.

Because I can be a touch shy, I think I'd do best in a home with older, respectful children over 12 who understand that sometimes a gentleman needs a minute to warm up before he becomes your shadow.
