About Henry! Loving, Happy Family Boy
Adoption Application for Henry the Charming Chihuahua Cross!
🌟 Meet Henry! 🌟
At just two years old, this delightful long-haired Chihuahua cross is bursting with energy and joy! Although he can be a bit naughty, his playful baby spirit is sure to bring a smile to your face. Sadly, his senior owners have decided to find him a new home due to challenges with his barking and reactivity to strangers, and people at their home.
About Henry:
- Age: 2 years
- Temperament: Social and friendly, loves to meet other dogs and people. Resource guards and barks in his owners open backyard. Needs an active, but generally quiet home.
- Suitable Home: Ideal for a family with experience in training and without young children. A home with another dog would be perfect for companionship and playtime!
Training Needs:
Henry has received some training but would benefit from a committed family willing to continue working on his barking and reactivity. A quieter, semi-rural location would help him thrive and feel more at ease.
What We’re Looking For:
If you’re an active individual or family ready to give Henry the love and training he deserves, we’d love to hear from you!
How to Apply:
Visit our website at smallpetrescue.com.au (http://smallpetrescue.com.au) to fill out an adoption form. We will review applications and be in contact with potential adopters early next week.
Give Henry a chance to be the energetic, cuddly companion you’ve been looking for! 🐾💖
Thank you for considering adopting a rescue dog and making a difference in Henry’s life!

Adoption details
We are a foster-based rescue organisation. Once our rescues receive veterinary care and are given the all clear, they are placed in family foster homes so we understand their behaviour and what home will suit them best.
Adoptees can fill out our online adoption application, they then will be contacted if the animal is suitable for their home and family, a meet and greet of the rescue animal will be arranged and a home inspection. Then, appropriate paperwork is filled out and we bring the rescue pet to the adoptee.
