The Personality 🕵️♀️
Pep is a graceful little spirit who enjoys her independence. She isn’t a "velcro" cat just yet; instead, she’s a sophisticated explorer who likes to take in the world at her own pace. While she can be a bit skittish with loud noises like vacuums or coffee grinders, she’s a brave learner who recovers quickly once things settle down! 🦁 Once she feels safe, her playful side shines—usually in the early mornings or late at night when she turns into a quiet, lightning-fast blur zooming through the house. ⚡🐾
Favourite Things 🧶
The "Frog" Life: Pep’s absolute favorite spot is her Kmart Frog bed. 🐸 It’s her safe haven, and the best news? It gets to go home with her! 🏠
Snack Time: Want to win her over? The way to Pep’s heart is definitely through a Churu-style lickable treat! 🍗 She knows the sound of a treat tube from a mile away.
The Great Indoors: She loves perching at the very top of her cat tower or watching the world go by from her window bed. 🪟☁️
Playtime: She is a professional fly-catcher and loves batting at hanging mice and jingle balls. 🐭🎾
The Ideal Home 🏡
Pep is looking for a calm, patient, and quiet home without young children, where she can continue to grow in confidence. She is fantastic with other cats and has been blossoming alongside her foster sister, Root Beer Float, they would make an amazing pair if you're looking for two! 👯♀️ While she could live as a solo cat, she truly thrives with a confident feline friend to show her the ropes.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
