About Nova
Hi everyone, I’m Nova an 8 year old female black kelpie. I’m on the small side for a kelpie and have beautiful soft fur and love cuddling.
I'm a senior sweetheart with a lot of love to give, a gentle quiet soul, I’m very friendly and will greet you when you get home with a happy tap dance and patiently wait for a pat from everyone I meet.
I arrived into foster care slightly plump and have implemented some lifestyle changes to become healthier. I’ve met the resident cat; and ignore him when I need to walk past. I enjoy going for car rides, I’m crate trained and I sleep through the night without a peep. I know how to sit, jump up in the back of the car, come to my name & a whistle, and don’t pull on the lead.
I would love a calm home where I can spend my twilight years snoozing in the sun or cuddling with you on the couch. I would suit living with another desexed dog or as your solo companion.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
