Lily's journey hasn't always been easy, but this gorgeous girl is ready to leave her difficult start behind and find a family to call her own. 🥹💕
Lily came into care as a very young kitten in poor health and required veterinary treatment and plenty of extra love and care. Thankfully, after everything she's been through, she's now doing well and ready for her next chapter! 🎉
And what a little sweetheart she is!
Lily can be shy when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar surroundings, but don't let that fool you. Once she feels comfortable, she's a cuddly, affectionate girl who loves attention from her trusted humans.
The good news? It doesn't usually take Lily too long to come out of her shell! She just needs a little patience and understanding while she works out that she's safe. Give her that chance, and you'll soon see the loving personality hiding beneath her initial shyness. ❤️
🏡 What sort of home is Lily looking for?
We think Lily would thrive in a quieter home with people who understand that some cats need a little time to settle in.
❤️ A retired couple or a calm household would be lovely.
👧 Older, respectful children who understand how to give her space would also be suitable.
🐱 Lily is bonded with her brother Bobby, and we'd absolutely love to see these two find a home together. They've shared so much of their journey, and keeping them together would be a wonderful outcome. However, this isn't a requirement, and Lily could also do well in a home with another friendly cat.
Lily doesn't need a busy household or someone who expects instant cuddles from day one. She needs a safe space, a little patience and someone willing to let her settle in at her own pace.
