About Dot
Hello dear, I'm Dot. Please imagine me saying this while settled in a sunny windowsill with a gentle sigh and excellent posture. When I first arrived, I was feeling rather poorly. One of my eyes was inflamed and infected - terribly uncomfortable and quite beneath a lady of my standing. Thankfully, the devoted veterinary team took wonderful care of me, and with treatment and support I've made a full recovery. Bright-eyed, dignified, and ready for my next chapter.
I'm a quiet, old-soul sort of girl. I adore sunshine, peaceful afternoons, and the soft rhythm of daily life - perhaps the faint clink of a teacup or the rustle of knitting needles. I would very much appreciate a calm home where I can be introduced slowly and gently. A cozy room to start, patience, and kind company are all I require.
I would do best in a quieter household without young children. I prefer calm conversation over commotion. And while I respect other cats in principle, the ones here who tried to befriend me were all a bit forward. I believe I would thrive as your one and only feline lady of the manor.
I am also part of Animal Aid's Senior for Senior program - a lovely opportunity designed to match mature adopters with distinguished companions like myself. The program includes, 25% reduction on adoption fees, 25% off shop and grooming services, a free yearly health check and vaccination.
Quite a sensible arrangement, if you ask me.
If you have a sunny spot, a gentle routine, and room in your heart for a refined companion who values peace and proper introductions, I do believe we could suit one another beautifully.
With warmth and impeccable manners,
Dot
