Bella is a gorgeous 5‑year‑old Australian Cattle Dog with a loving nature, a clever mind, and that classic Cattle Dog charm. Currently living in foster care with three tween-aged boys and two dogs (a male Border Collie and a female Sheepdog X Poodle), Bella has shown just how social, adaptable, and affectionate she truly is 💛🐶

She adores people, enjoys making new dog friends, and loves being included in the daily rhythm of family life. Bella is incredibly smart — she learns new things quickly, is very food-motivated, and picks up training with ease. She’s active, engaging, loyal, and always ready to be part of the fun.

🌟 Her Favourite Things
➖ Hanging out with her humans
➖ Playing and socialising with other dogs
➖ Chew toys and tug-of-war games

➖ Going on walks and rolling in grass
➖ Sleeping near anything that smells like her humans
➖ Enjoying affection, pats, and gentle cuddle time
➖ Exploring on outings and being part of family adventures

🐾 Good to Know's
➖ Very social with other dogs
➖ Great with kids over 10 years old
➖ Not yet tested with cats
➖ Fine to be left alone during the day (eg while you’re at work)
➖ Barks a little, especially with visitors, and can be bark-y with new people
➖ Pulls a little on lead but manageable and improving
➖ Learning crate training for the first time
➖ Toilet training is established
➖ Very food-motivated and easy-going

Bella is an intelligent girl with a real eagerness to learn
➖ Knows sit, paw, and speak
➖ Working on recall (still learning)
➖ Learning to use the doggy door — it took her less than an hour
➖ Learning crate training from scratch
➖ Picks up new commands and routines very quickly
➖ Smart, attentive, and responsive to food-based training

🐶 About Her Cattle Dog Nature
Bella has a very typical Cattle Dog way of showing love. She can be a little bite-y in a playful, affectionate way, rolling around, mouthing gently, making lots of funny noises, and getting very animated during pats.

Even on her first day, she was confidently “protecting” the house from unfamiliar people, including household members she hadn’t met yet — brave, loyal, and very Cattle Dog.

Bella would thrive in an active, dog-friendly, loving home that can include her in daily life and adventures.

She’d love:
