Blinky Bill / Nutsy

🐨 G’day friends, we’re Blinky Bill and Nutsy — two cheeky, lovable siblings named after the iconic Aussie cartoon characters. Just like our namesakes, we’re adventurous, affectionate, and happiest when we’re side by side. We’re a bonded pair who adore each other deeply, and we’re now looking for a forever family who’ll welcome us both into their hearts and home.

We were surrendered to SCA through a Last Litter program. To give us the best chance at a wonderful life, we were brought into SCA care where we received treatment, good food, and lots of gentle handling. Once we were weaned, our beautiful mum was desexed and returned home. We arrived very underweight and unwell, but with proper care (and each other for comfort), we’ve blossomed into healthy, happy, confident kittens

Even though we had a tough start, we’ve grown into incredibly well adjusted little characters — brave, affectionate, playful, and wonderfully people oriented.

🌿 Blinky Bill (Male)
Just like the mischievous little koala I'm named after, I am curious, clever, and full of heart. I love rubbing my face on you, following you around the house, and curling up on a comfy bed (especially if it belongs to a child). I'm gentle, sweet, and adore both human and feline company. I can get a bit nippy when I'm excited or loving, but it’s all part of my enthusiastic charm. I came into care with an ulcerated eye. My vet told me it was entropion and she fixed it right up! While I may need revision surgery one day, I'm currently comfortable and thriving.

🌸 Nutsy (Female)
I'm Nutsy, and I'm the soft, snuggly heart of the duo — a true lap cat who purrs the moment I'm touched. I meow sweetly when I want my brother or some affection, and I bring my family daily joy with my playful antics (including carrying toys around in my mouth like a proud little hunter). I'm affectionate, people focused, and wonderfully gentle with kids. I tolerate the resident dog and am confident, curious, and quick to settle in new environments.

🤍 Together
We are inseparable. We cry for each other when apart, seek each other out for comfort, and settle fastest when we’re together. We’re confident in carriers, calm in the car, and even stay relaxed and affectionate at the vet. We truly are a perfect pair — balanced, bonded, and beautifully in sync.

We come from a big litter and have lived with other cats and a dog, so we’re likely to suit a home with existing pets or we could happily be the only two cats in the household. We tolerate dogs well, especially calm or cat respectful ones. We’ve lived with children and adore their company, especially if they’re gentle and respectful. We’re confident, adaptable kittens who settle quickly, especially when we’re together.

We both love our food and will politely remind you if dinner is running late. We drink well, enjoy both bowls and fountains, and have excellent litter habits using clumping litter.

We’re healthy, thriving, and ready to bring joy, laughter, and companionship to our new family.

MEDICAL NOTES:
Blinky was born with entropion and his eyelid was tacked when he was little. The sutures were recently
removed with great results. He may need revision surgery one day, but he’s currently comfortable and thriving.
Blinky tested negative for FIV/FeLV and the litter have been inside only kitties since. They should be kept
inside or in an enclosure to keep them (and the wildlife!) safe and healthy.
