About Remi - 8 Week Old Cattle Dog X Staffy
Remi is a beautiful 8-week-old puppy with the sweetest nature. She has been raised in a home environment and has already had an amazing start to life, living alongside very calm cats and dogs and therefore mirroring their nature while also socialising well.
She really does get along wonderfully with everyone she meets. She is confident, curious and playful – the kind of puppy who fits easily into new environments and loves making friends.
She absolutely adores human interaction and praise and will often leave whatever toy she’s playing with to come sit by you. Making her a great companion and loyal partner. She’s very food orientated, which makes her a quick learner! Remi has already started to show basic training and can confidently sit, showing us how smart and eager to please she really is.
Remi is also doing incredibly well with toilet training. She reliably takes herself out to use puppy pads or on the grass, which is amazing for her age.
Most of all Remi is an affectionate little soul. She loves being where her people are and will happily lay by you, soak up cuddles and just all over enjoy spending time with you. She’s the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and calm, loving companion.
Remi would thrive in a home where she gets lots of love, patience and continued training. In return she’ll offer endless affection and loyalty. She would do well with another dog to be her role model or someone who is home most of the time to keep her company.
Remi needs to be welcomed inside when people are home and should sleep indoors at least until fully grown. She will make a wonderful family dog and is best suited to a home with children aged 8 years and older. Secure fencing is essential, with no small gaps, and she is not suitable for rural-style fencing (e.g. mesh or wire).
Remi isn’t just a puppy, she’s a best friend in the making.
Remi's adoption fee is $800 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms and is microchipped.
Remi is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she’s 5 to 6 months old.
