About Missi
Time has come for our 9 year 10 month old German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) girl Missi to find her forever home.
Missi love's to be around her people, and gets very unsettled when she is left to her own device's. She is a beautiful soft natured girl that has some basic training.
We have found that Missi has a good recall and knows a few commands. She isn't a fan of travelling in the car, but willingly jumps in when asked to.
Since coming into our care Missi hasn't shown any interest in chasing livestock. Missi's greatest love is to be inside on her mat relaxing with her people.
Missi will dig/excavate if she thinks she is being left behind. So will need a very secure yard /fencing or dog run.
Missi has been sleeping in an outside kennel/run arrangement and prefers to be on a stretcher bed rather than in an enclosed kennel.
Missi love's routine and structure in her daily life. If you looking for a dedicated companion Missi may be a match for you.
Missi is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
